We offer flat rate for all shipments. All shipments are
mailed in plain packages: no indications of contents will appear outside the package. Free UPS shipping for order over $150.00 (USA only).
U.S.: Standard delivery (UPS Ground):$4.00, delivered within 4 - 7 business
days from the receipt of order. Express delivery: $15.00, 2 to 3 business days.
International: Airborne Express delivery: US$22.00 (exact transit time will vary
with destination, normally within 3 - 4 business days).
Customs Duty for International Order (outside
Canada or United States)
Some customers from outside Canada or United States requested that we declare their
shipments as "gift" with a value of US$20.00 to avoid high duties in some
countries. Please let us know if you want your shipment to be declared as such.
No Sales Tax will be collected (except for
shipments to New Jersey).

We will not be undersold! If you find the identical product
elsewhere, within 10 days of purchase, for a lower price including shipping, we will match
the price or gladly refund the difference. Simply fax a copy of the catalog page or

We offers only fine quality merchandise. We
believe that you will be completely satisfied with all of your purchases and we want to
ensure that you have a satisfactory shopping experience. Therefore, if you are not
completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of
merchandise. At your request, we will:
issue you a store credit for 110% of the
purchase price, or
replace the merchandise, or
credit the purchase price to your original
credit card account (credit card order) or send you a check (order with check or money
order). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

You do not need to obtain return authorization number for
product return. But please be sure to enclose the invoice with your return.
None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a
credit card as a result of purchases made at our web sites. All of your transactions at
our web sites are covered by our security guarantee:
- Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal
information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as
the information travels over the Internet.
- In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, most
banks either cover all the charges that result from the unauthorized use or may limit your
liability to just $50.
- If your bank holds you liable, we will cover your liability
up to $50 provided that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault
of your own from purchases made at our web sites.
All online transactions at our web sites are handled with industry-standard SSL
encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the
Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk. We
do not leave customer information on the web server.
If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're
crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be
intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. According to CNN,
"The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card
use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech"
transactions."
We order products online all the time, both as a company
and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as
safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
Money Order and Personal Check. Personal Check must be in US fund and drawable in a US
bank.
For your protection, please do not sign for
merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage,
however, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps
if there appears to be shipping damage:
1) Quickly contact your local Airborne Express
or Postal office for a Damage Inspection report.
2) Request that Airborne Express or Postal
office return the merchandise to the address listed on the package. Please do NOT return
the merchandise yourself. This may delay your reorder or credit.
3) Please feel free to call or email our Customer
Service Department with any further questions.
