Hair loss help

Dear Sir

I hope you can answer my question as soon as possible. ( hopefully within three days) .
I am a 17 yrs old guy ! This few months I found that my hair is really lesser ....... I could drop about twenty to thirty strains of hair whenever I shampoo my hair..... I try many different kind of products ... but the condition is still the same ... for your information I do not have this problem last year .... it only start to happen after I got serious injury on the head some where beside my left eye . Now it is obviously that my hair in front is much lesser than ever ! I did went to the dermotologist ... she said that My hair is strong ... and scalp is clean too .... In addition she said that i will not be bald ....... However I manage to have less hair dropping after taken the vitamin given by the doctor . Now I will only drop at most five whenever I shampoo my hair ........ but my hair seem to have problem growing back . I do massage my scalp daily more than ten time a day ! But whenever my hair is wet ..... I can see my scalp so obviously I mean like bald ..... it is so scarely ! (on the crown my head) . Last two week I went to another doctor ... she also say that my hair is strong and she told me that maybe I had reached that stage of regrowing hair when hair will drop lots for months and eventually grow back !
How can I get my hair grow faster or get my lost hair back ........by the way I could see some new hair is growing up in front but they are too tiny to see unless I look very carefully ... but what about the crown my hair head , will it grow back ? What should I do to make my hair grow back and faster ? Exercise ? Well-balanced diet ?(What is that actually & how much of what food should , then consider well-balanced diet) Should I apply the hair tonic which promote hair growth at this age , will it make the condition worse or even damaging my scalp ? Is my scalp dead ? How many hours do I need to sleep everyday ? (I alway sleep late , will this affect ?) How often should I shampoo each day ? Is it because of my injury that cause this problem ? ( I got it last year (six months back) when I will having my Taekwondo training) I do mastburbate every day ! .... will this affect too ?

What Are the Causes of Hair Loss? There are many contributors to hair loss. Among them are: scalp bacteria, stress, sebaceous build-up, poor nutrition, slow cellular activity, genetic baldness (which can affect both men and women), hormonal imbalance...and nervous disorders. In many cases, hair loss may be caused by a combination of these factors, but genetic pattern baldness is by far the dominant contributor, accounting for nearly 95% of all hair loss in men and also affecting millions of women. Though pattern baldness is treatable it cannot be cured, because it's genetically predetermined.

For people with pattern baldness, their genetic make-up has programmed their bodies to store an excessive amount of the male hormone testosterone. When this testosterone mixes with enzymes and other chemicals, it is converted to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is toxic and forms a waxy-like gel or blanket around the hair root area, constricting the blood supply. The end result:
"Where there is no blood, there is no life. It's that simple."

As blood flow is constricted, the papilla is deprived of crucial blood supplying nutrients. This slows down cellular activity--causing the cells to produce a thinner, poor quality hair. This hair is then vulnerable to other negative influences that can further increase hair loss.

:More questions about ferrets hair loss

I do feed Kiki Ferretone and she seems to like that more than the food itself. Is there anything else I can put on her food to try to get her to eat more? I am currently feeding her Science Diet Feline Maintenance. Any suggestions on a better food? I have some dye and fragrance free detergent that I will wash all their bedding in. She used to have kindof dried skin so I bought some medicated shampoos but I'm afraid to give her a bath. I also just noticed that her urinary/vaginal opening is kindof swollen. Could this also be an allergic reaction or possibly a tumor? I just read "Timmy's Story" in Ferret Central. Has anyone else read this and tried the diet? Any information would be greatly appreciated! The vets I've talked to can seem to give me much help
